Q. Can I pay annually rather than monthly?
A. We prefer that you pay monthly as it helps us account for our costs, etc., but if you absolutely must pay annually, we can set that up. Use the Contact Us form.

Q. Do you support the installed software packages like WordPress?
A. To a limited degree. Most of the software packages have large support communities available online that would be able to help more than our support staff. We try to focus our attentions on the servers and the web hosting.

Q. How would I cancel my hosting plan?
A. We hope you won’t! If you do have to, you could log into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription, or simply contact us and we can cancel it for you. Your website will continue to run until the end of your current billing cycle.
There are no refunds for partially used time.

Q. Can I use some other method to pay other than PayPal?
A. When you go to our payment page, you have the option of using PayPal if you have an account, or to create a new account, or you can pay by credit card whether you have an account or not. We know there are “scary” stories out there about PayPal, but we have used them for years and never had a problem. Most of the problems users report with PayPal were caused by the users themselves conducting shady transactions. We encourage you to use them.

Q. What happens if I exceed my limits?
A. You will receive notices if you are near or over your disc space or transfer limits. We will offer you the opportunity to upgrade to the next higher package. If you do not upgrade, your site(s) would be suspended until the next billing cycle
begins.

Q. Do you offer a trial account?
A. No, we do not. The price for a month of our basic service is so low, we do not feel it would be cost-prohibitive for anyone to pay for a month’s service to try it out. You can cancel at any time without any sort of penalty. Just remember
that when you cancel, your site(s) will be deleted. If you decide to start again, you will need to start from scratch, so keep a local copy of your files.

Q. What about domain names?
A. We suggest that you purchase your domain name from GoDaddy.com, but be sure that you do not purchase any of their extra services. We suggest that you purchase the .com and .net versions of your domain name at least. Your cost
should be around $20 (USD).
